Hiring Terms & Conditions

We would advise you to take out your own insurance to cover against any unavoidable cancellation.

25% deposit is payable upon booking.

The full balance is payable 28 days ahead of departure date.

If you cancel more than 6 weeks ahead of your departure date, a full refund will be payable.

If you cancel within 28 days of your scheduled departure date, the full amount will be non-refundable.

We reserve the right to cancel your booking if:

• Full payment is not received 28 days ahead of departure date.
• Any information you provided at time of booking is invalid/incorrect – for example, Driving Licence number.
• Upon collecting the vehicle, all documentation presented must match the booking details provided.

A refundable deposit of £750 is required upon pick up of the vehicle.  Any cost to repair damage to the vehicle sustained during the hire period, will be deducted from this sum.  The deposit/remainder of deposit will be refunded within 48 hours of vehicle drop off.
