Alan runs ScotCampers Ltd and, from a young age, has had a passion for Scotland and the outdoors.   He lives north of Edinburgh, which puts him within striking distance of the highlands of Scotland.  A keen hillwalker, mountain biker and skier, Alan has a detailed knowledge of Scotland and would love to help you plan a memorable trip to our beautiful country.  ScotCampers is all about service to customers, hence the reason the fleet is intentionally small to allow for that attention to detail.

MEET OUR CAMPERVAN

Bilbo is a Type 6 Volkswagen campervan, newly converted in 2025 to sleep four.  It benefits from gas hob, sink, fridge/freezer, rock & roll sofa/bed for two and a bright orange pop top for sleeping two children or one adult.  There is also an all important diesel heater to make those cooler nights more comfortable.  The front twin seats swivel to create more space and a living/eating area. 

    ABOUT OUR VAN

    BILBO

    Bilbo is well equipped with cruise control, air conditioning and a leisure battery for off grid.  There is also an electric hook up point for campsite use.
